Basic package $400-$700

Basic package which is best for couples who just want to be able to watch the wedding ceremony in the future, costs between.Basic packages will include single-camera coverage of the wedding ceremony only, roughly 60 to 90 minutes, with appropriate lighting, and a minimum of one edited video, with or without music.

 

 

• ($35) Professional wireless microphones for a clean, crisp sound from the bride and groom during their vows.

• ($150) Two camera and two videographer coverage for ceremony and receptions. This is another extra value to give you a better, higher quality video.

• ($45) DVD menu with scene selections.Most of our wedding productions except for the "Basic Package" takes 2 DVDs. Most other videographers edit down the wedding and reception video to about an hour or hour and a half on 1 DVD. When the wedding takes 2 DVDs, we put the wedding on the first and the reception on the second DVD.

• ($50) Complete coverage of the wedding ceremony.

• Two camera and one videographer coverage.

• ($20) Premium editing including transitions,etc. where needed.Menu with scene selections. 2 copies of your wedding in customized packaging.

 

 

 Enhanced package $700-$925

Enhanced package will run from $700-$900 for coverage of the ceremony and reception. Enhanced package costs  also cover the reception, from one to three hours. This packages  includes two cameras at the ceremony, one or two cameras at the reception, up to 3 hours of coverage, lighting, and at least three copies of the edited DVD with custom music, basic titles or on-screen menus, picture slideshows.

 

• ($100) Complete coverage of your wedding ceremony. We arrive about 1 hour before ceremony begins and start filming the guest arrivals about 5 -10 minutes before the ceremony.

• ($100) Two camera and two videographer coverage during ceremony and reception.Reception highlight coverage (up to 3 hours of our time, beginning with the start of the reception) which includes normal wedding reception highlights only. Highlights includes first dances, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss and departure if before our time expires.We may include a few dances, etc. as a filler between events.

• ($25) Premium editing including menu with scene selection and transitions, etc. where needed. 3 copies of your wedding production on DVD with menu and scene selection.

 

Deluxe packages $1,200-$3,000

Deluxe package is for couples who want different angles of their ceremony and reception with some on-screen titles and music, cost between $1,200-$1,500.Couples who want their wedding video to be viewed like a professional movie or documentary on DVD, with interviews and special effects will likely opt for a premium package, generally run $1,500-$2,200.Luxury packages run from $2,200-$3,000 and higher, and are best for couples who want every part of their wedding captured, from the rehearsal through the final song at the reception, edited like a documentary or movie. A Deluxe package includes two or three cameras at both the ceremony and reception and up to 8 hours of coverage. Coverage may begin with preparation or decoration of the ceremony and reception locations and the bridal party getting dressed, ending after some coverage of the reception. Deluxe packages also include custom music, titles and on-screen menus; a photo montage (from a formal portrait sitting or personal photos of the couple); and interviews with the bride and groom (often referred to as a "vignettes" or "Love Story"). These packages often include planning sessions with the couple as well as with other vendors.Luxury packages should include everything in the premium package with unlimited time coverage. They will likely include additional interviews with parents, siblings, grandparents, and the wedding party, as well as the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner and possibly the post-wedding brunch. Also includes a custom wedding trailer.

 

• ($200) Complete ceremony coverage. We arrive about 2 hours before ceremony for set-up and taping B-Shots before ceremony.

• ($500) Three camera and two videographer coverage of ceremony and reception.Up to 4 hours of reception coverage (beginning at the start of the reception). The Deluxe Package covers the highlights of the reception (cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, the departure of the bride and groom if they leave before our time expires) along with some dancing. These events must occur during our time limit for coverage. Our services end with the departure, or "fake departure", of the bride and groom if before our 4 hour limit is reached.

• ($150) Highlight Video ..... A Trailer of the ceremony and reception, about 15-20 minutes in length with background music throughout.

• ($100) Premium editing including menu with scene selection, transitions,etc. where needed. 5 copies of your wedding video on DVD in customized packaging.

 

For those on a very tight budget, a friend or relative with a good video camera should be able to capture the important moments at a minimal cost.

 

ADDITIONAL COST

 

*UPT wedding videographers offer the option of an additional camera for the ceremony, usually in a locked-down location. At an average flat-rate cost of $100, it can be a cost-effective alternative to a second videographer.

 

*A third videographer costs between $75 and $125 per hour, and many require a minimum of 2 hours.

 

*Rush editing (from same-day to less than 5 weeks) typically cost between $50 and $195, although some packages will include short-turnaround time.Extra copies of  DVDs run between $10 and $45.

 

*Photo montages, which involve transferring pictures to video, will either be charged per picture (at an average of $2 - $3 each) or at a flat rate ranging from $145 - $225.If not included in a package, interviews (with family, friends, etc.) will range from $100 - $500, depending on how many you request.
